Restaurant Marketing – Turns Out We’re Doing it Wrong!

Restaurant Marketing – Turns Out We’re Doing it Wrong!

(but there's a huge opportunity here...)

After attending a ridiculous number of trade shows and conferences (8 so far this year!), helping dozens of restaurant brands as a fractional CMO, and owning a quick-service spot in New York City… I’ve come to a big realization:

We’re doing restaurant marketing wrong.

I know. Facepalm. SMH. Dramatic, but true.

Okay—not everyone is doing it wrong. Some of us are getting it right. But a lot of restaurant brands are struggling to keep up. The workload is overwhelming. Best practices keep shifting. And most teams are stuck duct-taping tactics instead of building a system.

That’s why I wrote this: 👉 Steal This Proven Marketing System – Before Your Competitors Do!

It’s a framework to help you build a marketing ecosystem that brings in new guests and keeps them coming back. Think of it as your checklist—the foundation to make sure your marketing is always working, even when you’re not.

Here’s the thing...

Across all my travels, all the events, all the conversations—I haven’t found a single agency or tech company that nails the full system. Not for all brands. Not across all service models.

My team does it right, but we still need support. A couple of us out there are close, but no one’s fully cracked it.

So let’s build it.

I’m looking for an agency, a freelancer, a tech partner, an investor—anyone who wants to help create the ultimate restaurant marketing service.

The goal: provide a done-for-you solution that takes the foundational stuff off a restaurant’s plate so they can focus on running a great business.

I’m talking:

  • Email newsletters
  • Google & Meta ads
  • Listings + reviews
  • Social media
  • Guest feedback
  • Loyalty + rewards
  • Marketing automation
  • Gift card sales
  • CRM management
  • Tech stack suggestions
  • Delivery integration
  • Catering growth

Yeah, it’s a long list. But it’s not actually that complicated—when you’ve got the right playbooks and systems.

And you can grab those here: 👉 Steal This Proven Marketing System – Before Your Competitors Do!

So… who’s in?

➡️ Comment below with what you bring to the table. We’re gonna build this thing together. Publicly. Transparently.

And we’re gonna do it better than it’s ever been done.
